Senior Clinician
EPIC are looking for a senior clinician from a medical, clinical psychology, nursing or allied health background who has the knowledge, skills and experience to work with our client group providing holistic assessments to consider the developmental, emotional, behavioural, educational, and physical/mental health needs of children and/or young people and/or young adults. They would need to be able to work autonomously at consultant level and provide leadership and supervision around clinical cases, supported by the rest of our consultants and our multidisciplinary team. The right person who shares EPIC’s vision and values is the most important to us so we are keen to hear from anyone who might be interested. Associate or employed work is possible with flexible working patterns.
Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy Therapist
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate therapist trained in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) to join our growing team. The postholder will work therapeutically with children and young people who have experienced developmental trauma, attachment disruption, or relational adversity, alongside their caregivers. The role involves delivering relationship-focused interventions grounded in the principles of PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy), contributing to formulation and collaborative care planning.
Assistant Psychologist
To support and enhance the professional psychological care of children, young people and young adults within the service, across all sectors of care; providing psychological assessment and psychological interventions under the supervision of a qualified Clinical Psychologist, working independently according to a plan agreed within a Multidisciplinary team and within the overall framework of the Company’s policies and procedures. To assist in clinically related administration, development and conduct of audits and/or research projects, teaching and project work.
Theraplay Therapist
We are seeking a skilled and attuned therapist trained in Theraplay to join our clinical team. The role involves working therapeutically with children and caregivers to strengthen attachment relationships, emotional regulation, and felt safety through structured, play-based relational interventions. The role will support caregivers to build responsive, attuned interactions that promote connection, resilience, and relational security.
