Our Premises
EPIC’s premises are easily accessible and have been purposefully renovated to feel welcoming to children, young people, families and carers. We are based across two buildings opposite each other on the same site at Sigford Road, Marsh Barton, in Exeter – Glen House and Hillfields House – with our reception in Glen House.

Glen House, Sigford Road, Matford Park, Exeter EX2 8NL
Inside our premises
Across the two buildings we have a wide range of spaces designed for assessment, therapy and support:
- Three sensory rooms
- 17 practice rooms, including small therapy rooms, larger assessment and therapy rooms, a paediatric room and clinical rooms
- A dedicated play and creative therapies space
- Two large occupational therapy gyms
- A meeting room and an education room
We also have a large administration office, staff breakout space and kitchens, which support our team’s working and wellbeing.
Appointments
We prioritise face-to-face appointments, as we believe they enable the greatest depth of assessment and the best opportunity to form supportive, therapeutic relationships. Where appropriate and necessary, we can also offer virtual appointments, or visits to schools, homes and other community settings.
