Support Packages for Children, Young People and Families
EPIC offers a range of support packages that go beyond assessment and therapy – including parent and carer workshops, individual coaching, post-diagnostic support, and bridging support for schools and colleges. These packages are designed to help children, young people, families and education settings translate understanding into practical, everyday support.
What do we offer?
We offer a range of parent and carer, individual and group support. We have resource sheets with information and signposting, available electronically and in our waiting room.
ADHD workshops and focus groups
We run regular ADHD parent and carer information workshops and ADHD focus groups, online and in person. Dates and times of workshops are kept up to date on our news and events page, posted regularly on our social media platforms, and available from our reception team.
- ADHD workshop or focus group – £25 per person
ADHD coaching and parenting support
We provide individual ADHD coaching and ADHD parenting support with our specialist mental health practitioner.
- ADHD coaching or parenting support – £130 per session
Post-diagnostic support for autism and PDA
We offer post-diagnostic support packages for children, young people and young adults diagnosed with autism or PDA. These are four sessions with our specialist practitioner, for individuals or for the parents and carers of younger children. The sessions cover an understanding of autism or PDA, adapted parenting approaches, and individualised anxiety and behaviour support.
- Post-diagnostic support package (four sessions) – £520
Education bridging support
Our Education Support Adviser offers a bridging support package – helping to communicate the findings and recommendations from our complex assessments through meetings with parents and carers, children and young people, and with schools and colleges. They advise on adaptations and supportive strategies, helping translate assessment outcomes into practical changes in the education setting.
- Education bridging support package – £500 plus travel time and expenses for in-person school meetings
Information sheets regarding all of our support packages are available from our admin team.

Frequently Asked Questions
For some support packages – such as post-diagnostic autism or PDA support, and education bridging support – yes, the package follows from assessment at EPIC. Our ADHD workshops and focus groups are open to anyone, and individual ADHD coaching can be arranged separately. The reception team can advise on what’s appropriate for your situation.
Both. We run our ADHD parent and carer workshops and focus groups online and in person. Upcoming dates and formats are listed on our news and events page and shared on our social media channels.
Either. The four-session package can be delivered for individuals (children, young people or young adults diagnosed with autism or PDA), or for the parents and carers of younger children. Your practitioner will discuss which is most helpful at the start.
The Education Support Adviser meets with parents and carers, children and young people, and with the school or college to discuss the assessment findings and translate them into practical strategies for the education setting. The package includes meetings and follow-up advice, with travel time and expenses added for in-person school visits.
Please complete our enquiry form and our administration team will be in touch to arrange the most appropriate package for your needs.
