EPIC Solutions offers therapy, clinical, training and meeting rooms for hire at our CQC-registered premises in Marsh Barton, Exeter, Devon. Whether you need therapy room hire for one-to-one sessions, clinical room hire for CQC-regulated activity, or space for training and meetings, our rooms are available to NHS teams, independent clinicians, training providers and third-sector organisations – with free parking, level access and refreshments included as standard.

POR = price on request. A deep clean fee of £45 may be required in clinical rooms (activity dependent – discussed at the time of booking).
Clinical hire requirements
If you are hiring a room for CQC-regulated clinical activity, you will need to hold your own CQC registration or operate under a Practising Privileges Agreement with EPIC. Before your first booking we will also need professional registration (HCPC, NMC, GMC, GPhC, BACP or BPS) and indemnity insurance (£6m minimum). Additional evidence of qualification may be required.
